Shipping. Software orders are only downloadable or services to be rendered. No actual shipping is necessary. All products, support and services are virtual. Hardware orders require shipping and handling. Cancel order. You may cancel your order at any time prior to order completion by e-mailing to billing@polygrammic.com. Refunds. If you decide to cancel an already paid order you will receive a credit via your original method of payment. Please allow 10-14 business days for processing of returns and issuance of credit. Hardware items are to be returned to manufacturer after RMA is approved.
