License is free for Polygrammic P series terminals only!

Polygrammic P Series (e.g. P-100) device driver is included.

Enterprise edition allows function key scripts on demand to meet your customers complex requirements.

Warranty is for 90 days, unless specified differently in a direct agreement, and it includes hot fixes and workarounds for high priority/severity software defects that are documented and reproduced by the customer and attributable to our software. We will provide hot fixes on our bi-weekly schedule.

Warranty is not to be confused with annual support. The annual support for Graphite Device Manager Enterprise software (PGR-GAM) covers 1 licensed device and includes major releases upgrades, patches, workarounds, hot fixes, access to our body of knowledge portal with documentation and FAQs, e-mail or phone access to our support personnel. Annual support needs to be purchased separately.
