We will provide hot fixes on our bi-weekly schedule. Warranty is not to be confused with annual support. The annual support for Graphite Device Manager Enterprise software covers 1 licensed device and includes major releases upgrades, patches, workarounds, hot fixes, access to our body of knowledge portal with documentation and FAQs (http://www.polygrammic.com/info), e-mail or phone access to our support personnel. Annual support needs to be purchased separately.
