Conditions of Use

PLEASE READ THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY BEFORE DOWNLOADING, INSTALLING OR USING ANY PARTS OF OUR SOFTWARE. POLYGRAMMIC WILL ONLY LICENSE THE SOFTWARE TO YOU IF YOU FIRST ACCEPT THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT. IT IS A CONTRACT BETWEEN YOU AND POLYGRAMMIC. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ALL OF THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT, DO NOT INSTALL OR USE THE SOFTWARE. LICENSE. One installation per site/location and licensed devices is permitted only. Under this license you are licensed to use the object code version of the Software only. This license does not give you any right to purchase a source code license from us. The license is until termination for any fixed period stated on your contract with Polygrammic. OWNERSHIP. The SOFTWARE is owned by POLYGRAMMIC and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights and licensed for use, not sold. The term "SOFTWARE" means the original Software and all whole or partial copies of it, including portions merged into other programs. UPGRADES. To use Software identified as an upgrade, you must first be licensed for the software identified by Polygrammic as eligible for the upgrade. After installing the upgrade, you may no longer use the original software that formed the basis for your upgrade eligibility, except as part of the upgraded software. NOT FOR RESALE. You are not entitled to allow anyone other than you to use the Software under these terms without our prior agreement and have no right to grant sublicenses of it. TRANSFER. The Software is licensed as a single product for one computer installation. You may transfer your copy of the Software to a different computer installation. After the transfer, you must completely remove the Software from the former computer. TERMINATION. Without prejudice to any other rights, Polygrammic may terminate this agreement if you fail to comply with the terms and conditions of this agreement. In such event, you must destroy all copies of the Software and all of its component parts. WARRANTIES. Polygrammic and its suppliers provide the Software and support services (if any) AS IS AND WITH ALL FAULTS, and hereby disclaim all other warranties and conditions, whether express, implied or statutory, including, but not limited to, any (if any) implied warranties, duties or conditions of merchantability, of fitness for a particular purpose, of reliability or availability, of accuracy or completeness of responses, of results, of workmanlike effort, of lack of viruses, and of lack of negligence, all with regard to the Software, and the provision of or failure to provide support or other services, information, software, and related content through the Software or otherwise arising out of the use of the Software. You agree to ensure that anyone who uses the Software does so only for your authorized use and complies with the terms of this Agreement.
